Emily Crompton Joins Greensboro College Women�s Soccer Team

A defender, Crompton transferred from Lenoir-Rhyne College where she played her freshman season. Crompton played three seasons of varsity soccer at Cinco Ranch High School. She was a team captain and played for Coach Aaron Hoefer. Crompton was a member of the student council, and yearbook sports editor at Cinco Ranch, where she graduated early. She also played for the Texas Challenge Soccer Club.
A rising sophomore, Crompton will join second-year Head Coach Bari and his team. Last season The Pride was 8-9-2 and had just 3 defeats in its last 13 matches. Greensboro College is a member of the USA South Athletic Conference and the NCAA�s Division III.
