About the D3Kicks.com Top 25

The top 25 poll at D3kicks.com is voted on by a selected panel of 23 coaches and sports information directors across the country, as well as the two creators of this website. Each of the voters ranks what they think are the best 25 teams in order. Each team recieves 25 points for 1st, 24 for 2nd, etc. Ties are awarded to the team with more first place votes, if the teams have the same number of first place votes, then it is left as a tie.

Our top 25 poll is the only Division 3 college soccer poll in the nation that includes every team in division 3 college soccer. Also, our poll is the only d3 soccer poll that does not require a listing fee to be eligible for votes.

The first top 25 vote is released on August 15th. The second vote will occur after the first week of play, and is released on September 5th. The voting will proceed weekly after the 5th, with votes being published every Tuesday.
